Start using frozen-flask

The website is now built using frozen-flask

  • Create a Flask application with a single endpoint
  • Create an associations folder, containing informations about EISTI's associations
  • Use two templates: index.html for the general stuff, association.html for associations rendering
  • Write a beginner's guide in the README
  • Fix og:descriptions, it used to be Atilla-Learn's description
