[Feature] Create lifecycle scripts for the database

Those .sql scripts could live in src/db/lifecycle and should be in transactions

  • init.sql to create every tables
  • clean.sql to remove every elements in tables (⚠ don't drop tables here)
  • destroy.sql to remove every elements and tables
  • reset.sql to reset database (destroy.sql + init.sql)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
